2. Description of Service

Snayu AI is a personal growth and cognitive support software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to assist users with goal planning and trajectory execution.

3. Accounts and Billing

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions and payments for Snayu AI are managed and billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, visual design, content, and proprietary algorithms related to Snayu AI are the exclusive property of Tridib Roy Arjo.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snayu AI and Tridib Roy Arjo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
